What we collect

When you apply we collect the home’s address and the details you give about it; your name, email, phone and where you live; and the names, emails and phones of the people you list. We also record the date and the internet address the application came from, to prevent abuse.

Why

To review your application, contact you about it and, if we agree to look after the home, to set up your account and the accounts of the people you listed. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Only Tueri staff who review applications and look after homes. If your application is approved, the people you listed receive an invitation by email.

How long we keep it

If your application isn’t accepted, or isn’t reviewed, we remove the personal details from it 90 days after our decision or after you sent it. The internet address is removed after 90 days in all cases. If it is accepted, the details become part of your account and are kept while you are a customer.

How it is protected

Encrypted in transit, on servers only our team can reach. Photos and entry videos of homes are also encrypted at rest, and every access is logged.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to our team.
